Passed away peacefully surrounded by his support workers on Thursday 9th January 2025 aged 71 years.
Dear son to the late Mary Phillips (nee Douglas) and the late Leslie Oswald Phillips, endeared housemate to Michael and sadly missed by all at New Beginnings North East LTD.
Funeral service to take place at West Road Crematorium on Monday 27th January at 09:45am.
